Our Custom Millwork & Cabinetry Process
-
Send us your design inspiration—this could be a Pinterest board, photos, a description of your style, or even a simple cocktail napkin sketch. We just need a starting point to build from.
If your project requires it, we’ll schedule a site visit to take measurements and walk through your space in person to better understand the details and requirements.
-
Following a site visit (if required), we develop your design and provide 3D renderings and drawings to help you clearly visualize the final result.
For most cabinetry and millwork projects, we require a $500 design deposit prior to producing full-scale drawings. If you move forward with construction, this fee is applied toward your total project cost.
-
Once the design and drawings are approved, we move forward with a written agreement outlining the full scope of work.
For most projects, a 50% deposit is required prior to scheduling and beginning fabrication.
-
This is where your project comes to life. We fabricate your cabinetry and millwork in our shop, focusing on precision, durability, and attention to detail at every step.
-
At the start of your project, we provide an estimated completion timeline. As we approach the final stages—typically about two weeks out—we’ll reach out to schedule your installation.
We treat your home with care and respect, taking steps to protect floors and surrounding finishes while we install your cabinetry and millwork with precision.
-
We stand behind the quality of our work. All custom cabinetry and millwork projects are backed by a three (3) year craftsmanship warranty from the date of substantial completion.
This warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal residential use, including issues such as joint failure, improper installation, or hardware performance related to our installation.
If a problem arises that falls within this warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected components at our discretion.
